Hello all! It has been a little while since our last update, and lots of things are happening. Trips have sold very well. Nearly all the trips have sold out. Space remains on the Crested Butte/Monarch trip.

The latest news, however, has to do with the way the Ski Club Board of Directors communicates with you, our membership. The Boeing Recreation office recently clarified the company's policy regarding e-mail usage by clubs. In short, in the future we will not be able to send mailings to the club using company e-mail. The Board of Directors understands this puts many in the club in a bind electronically. The Board is actively working with Recreation to resolve the issue, and come up with a plan that works for everyone. Stay tuned!

As many of you know, the majority of US domestic airlines have instituted a policy of CHARGING for checked baggage. These policies vary from airline to airline, and are beyond the control of the club -- as are airline fuel surcharges until trips are ticketed. Your Trip Captains will update you with the latest information they have as your trip nears. In the meantime, check out the list of links to the right to see what various airlines are doing.
